The 13th Founder Showcase, which took place on Wednesday, March 27th in Mountain View, featured yet another great Pitch Competition featuring eight promising seed-stage companies.
In the end, Realty Mogul took home the Grand Prize. Represented onstage by Co-Founder & CEO Jilliene Helman, Realty Mogul is a marketplace to pool money online and buy shares of pre-vetted investment properties like apartment buildings, office buildings, and retail centers, to help accredited investors invest as little as $5,000 and without the hassles of tenants, toilets and trash. Based in LA, Realty Mogul is already working with over 1000 investors.
Coming in a close second place was Embarke, which was represented on-stage by Co-Founder & CEO Al Bsharah. Embarke is an email optimization product that analyzes individual user behaviors and interests (as opposed to aggregate user data) in order to ensure delivery of the right message to the right person at the right time.
