Yammer, an enterprise social network that brings together employees, content, conversations, and business data in a single location, was acquired by Microsoft earlier this Summer for $1.2 billion. The company is also largely credited for helping to spawn the “consumerization of the enterprise” movement resonating across startups and enterprise products today.
Prior to Yammer, David was PayPal’s chief operating officer and product leader, taking the company from startup to IPO and eventual sale to eBay for $1.5 billion. He also produced and financed the movie “Thank You For Smoking.”
